There are many classic Beijing Foods. Today I want to introduce you some delicious local Beijing foods which stand for the long culture of china and Beijing.
Fried chops rice cake
Fried chop rice cake is one of ancient Beijing foods. It is made up of yellow rice and water. If you want it to be softer, you can add more water. You’d better roll the filling on equally when you making. It appears yellow outside and it tastes sweet and fragrant.
Aiwowo
Aiwowo is one of the traditional Beijing foods. People begin to eat aiwowo after the Spring Festival. The aiwowo has very long history and it was recorded in ancient book named Zhuozhongzhi, from which we can know that people like aiwowo from long time ago.
Mimahua
Mimahua is a common famous food in Beijing. It is also called Sweet ear because it looks like people’s ear and it also has very long history. But it is better not keep too long. You are not supposed to eat too much because it contains too much fat. So just taste it and do not fall in love with it.
oil tea
Oil tea is a kind of nourishment food. When the flour and edestan fried into yellow, and then add some fragrans and beef marrow fat. After rub evenly, add some sugar and water. It is very delicious as breakfast or dinner. People like it.
focal circle
Men, women and children are all like focal circles. It is crisp and smells fragrant. It is a traditional way to eat focal circle while eat sesame seed cake. When we are drinking bean juice, it is a good idea to have some focal circle too. Focal circle is a kind of ancient food and the produce procedure is very complex. Usually, people are not willing to make focal circle because of its trouble procedures. So, focal circle becomes more valued.
